  • What do I need to have to set up my account?

    TRACE is available on both iOS and Google Play stores. To create an account you must have a working email address.

  • Is the TRACE app secure?

    TRACE cares about your safety. To make sure we are doing the best we can to keep the platform secure we take many security measures. This includes a complex password, verifying your account via email, and making each sign up complete a human verification method to track potential bots.

    We do not sell your information to anyone.

  • How do I report a problem or send feedback? (option 1)

    Through the TRACE app:

    1. Take a screenshot of the issue.

    2. Email the screenshot to support@thetrace.app

    3. Provide feedback about the issue, and any suggestions on how we might be able to improve this particular aspect of the TRACE app.

    4. Hit ‘Send’ and someone will contact you shortly

  • How do I report a problem or send feedback? (option 2)

    Via email to our Support Team:

    1. Open the ‘Menu’ by clicking the button on the top left of your TRACE app dashboard.

    2. Go to ‘Support’

    3. Click the ‘Text us’ and text us a screenshot or video of the issue

    4. Provide feedback about the issue, and any suggestions on how we might be able to improve this particular aspect of the TRACE app.

  • Where are the other features you promised?

    TRACE does not yet contain all the features we have promoted and mentioned, however, those features will be added in the near future as we continue to build the best transition tracking app possible.

  • Does it cost anything to use TRACE?

    TRACE is a FREE app and will remain FREE with the option to upgrade for a small fee, in the future.

  • How do I invite an Ally?

    1. Within TRACE go to the ‘Community’ Page

    2. Toggle over to the ‘Allies’ section

    3. Under ‘Grow your community’ hit the Invite Allies button

    4. You will be prompted to send a text to any Ally you’d like to invite to TRACE

  • Who is a TRACER? Who is an Ally?

    A TRACER is considered someone who is currently tracking a transition.

    An Ally is someone who is looking to support others in their journey and is not currently tracking a transition.

    TRACERS can be ALLIES to other TRACERS

  • How do I delete my account?

    Please email support@thetrace.app to delete your account.
